Professional Field Service Reps:
All of our employees go through an extensive background check which includes criminal, financial, DMV and drug testing. Each FSR also spends two weeks of training at our corporate training facility to learn proper procedures and processes required to photograph, video and maintain your on-line inventory. Additionally, they receive two weeks of in-market mentoring so they are familiar with the specific requirements of the dealerships they service. Quarterly, all of our FSRs are evaluated and ranked in our Top Gun/Quality Review program to help assure our continued growth in quality. Our FSRs are arrive at your dealership in a Q2M vehicle and wear a Q2M uniform so you never have to worry about the appearance of our employees. They are trained to act and conduct themselves in a professional business manner.
All of our Field Service Reps are employees of Q2M and are fully covered under Workers’ Compensation Insurance. Further, Q2M, a division of NetLook, Inc., is fully insured and we will provide you a Certificate of Insurance upon request.
Pre Recon/Short Shooting:
Q2M best practices stresses the need to get photographs on-line as soon as physically possible and to help you achieve this very important marketing step, we have developed a pre recon/short shooting process where our FSR will shoot four (4) exterior photos of every unit as they arrive prior to recon. We also recommend pre recon shooting for vehicles that will eventually go to auction as most of our dealers find they can retail these vehicles “As Is” with just the short shoot photos. Our FSR will shoot the pre recon vehicles where they sit or we recommend creating a trade line that will allow us to get the best four photos (part of our best practices).
Once a vehicle has cleared recon, our FSR’s will shoot a full set of photos to replace the pre recon shots. Our pricing is such that you can choose the number of photos you desire to best market your vehicles. The most popular packages are the 16 to 20 photo and the 36 to 40 photo package.
We also highly recommend the use of our live video product, VideoTell, as part of the retail shooting.
Light Box and Photo Booth shooting accommodated:
If you have a Light Box or Photo Booth and you prefer your vehicles to be photographed in it, we have the ability to accommodate your preference. However, use of a photo booth will slow the process down and may have an impact on your on-line percentage. In some instances where access to the booth is difficult, a small up-charge may be required.
